Hal is an AI-assisted IT support service for authorised 24x7 staff, running on Hermes Agent by Nous Research.

The proposed Teams service will help authorised operators inspect device health, investigate IT issues and carry out specifically approved administrative tasks. It is not a public support service.

Use Hal safely

Do not send passwords, API keys, verification codes or unnecessary personal information in Teams. Use the approved secure credential-entry process when access is needed.

AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Check important findings and confirm the exact device, action and impact before approving a disruptive operation.

The Teams integration is being prepared. This page does not mean it is available or that access has been granted.
